Can I personalise or engrave my jewellery at a later date?

Of course, some of our items such as wedding rings or silver jewellery can be engraved or personalised later on. Please contact us for a quote.

Do you accept bespoke commissions?

We do, Number Ten has talented off-site workshops who create beautiful bespoke work. Please contact us to discuss your design further.

Do you offer finance on purchases?

We currently do not offer finance on purchases, but we do offer a deposit scheme. We ask for 50% upfront and the remaining balance to be paid on collection or in small easy instalments until you collect your item. Please note all items must be paid for in full by collection.

How long can I keep my wedding rings at Number Ten before collecting them?

You can keep your wedding rings in our safe right up until your ‘big day’ if you would like, however we do ask for the full balance to be paid within 12 months. All items with us are fully insured.

I can’t get to Number Ten to collect my jewellery, can you post it to me?

Of course, we use Royal Mail’s ‘special delivery’ guaranteed to be with you by 1pm the following day. This will require a signature so we can always post to a work address if it is more convenient. Your jewellery is fully insured by ourselves during postage. Please note the cost of postage is £6.50.

My rings don’t fit me, can I get them re-sized?

Yes, bring them in to us so that we can measure your finger. The majority of our sizing’s can be done on the same day (excluding Sunday’s and bank holidays), however, if you have any intricate detailing or a large scale alteration that needs to be done this will take a little longer.

When can I get my complimentary clean and polish?

You can come in and see us for your complimentary clean and polish on all items purchased from ourselves. We offer this service Monday to Saturday, but please be advised that this takes a few hours and is on a queue basis – the earlier you arrive the quicker you will have your jewellery back to you. Please note that although you do not need to book, please call ahead to ensure our workshop doesn’t have any planned holidays if you’re making a special trip.

Do you buy second-hand or pre-owned jewellery?

We do buy some second-hand or pre-owned jewellery. Please bring this in to show us and if the item isn’t for us, we may be able to point you in the right direction.

Can you provide me with a valuation for insurance?

If the item of jewellery that you are wanting a valuation for was purchased from Number Ten, we can provide you with a valuation for insurance. Any other items must be assessed by a registered valuer.
