Number Ten also offers an aftercare service for jewellery purchased from ourselves. This includes re-sizing and clean & polish moving forward.

Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977

Please note items left with us for repair, will be kept for a minimum of 6 months after the repair is completed. Whilst we will try to contact you during this period to remind you to collect your goods, customers are advised that items that remain uncollected after this period will be disposed of.
Once disposed of we will deduct our reasonable costs and then attempt to contact you to return the balance.
